OMS’ Dynamic Women in Missions( DWIM) trains and equips women in the countries where OMS serves, empowering them to confidently share the Gospel, lead simple Bible studies, and identify others in their circles who need to hear the Good News— laying the groundwork for church multiplication.
DWIM then returns to the field to identify the strongest leaders and equip them to become Seed Sower trainers, multiplying the impact as they raise up even more women to lead. This is how DWIM sparks a movement of transformation that spreads from woman to woman, community to community, and nation to nation.
DWIM offers around 10 short-term trips each year in which the Lord uses women to impact women worldwide through training, medical teams, and women’ s conferences.
In 2024, DWIM led 10 training trips, with 185 women participating. DWIM participants and national trainers impacted the lives of at least 1,912 women in 10 countries and 58 training locations. DWIM also led 3 medical teams, treating more than 1,500 patients.
