The Day Joy Doubled
A Men for Missions short-term evangelism team joined the OMS Mexico field for a week of street evangelism in Morelia, Michoacán, partnering with local churches. As the team shared the Gospel across neighborhoods, they witnessed 109 people place their faith in Jesus.
One decisive moment came on the last day. After the team shared the Gospel and led a young woman to Christ, they continued their journey— only to see her return with her sister. Eyes wide with newfound hope, she urged the team to tell her sister the same Good News that had just changed her life. By God’ s grace, both sisters chose to follow Jesus that day. We give God all the praise and glory for the lives transformed in Morelia, especially for these two precious sisters who now walk a new path together.
Healing That Multiplies
11 countries 51,349 decisions for Christ 11,242 churches / worshiping groups meeting 4,102 new worshiping groups formed 7,960 baptisms
One ministry highlight for OMS Ecuador missionary Rebecca Pazmiño is facilitating“ Healing Wounded Hearts” small groups. These gatherings give participants a safe space to face pain and loss— opening the door to emotional healing, spiritual growth, and deeper freedom in Christ. Rebecca’ s friend Patricia experienced this transformation firsthand.
As she journeyed through a healing group, she realized:“ Hurt people hurt people.” That truth enabled her to forgive those who had caused her pain. Now walking in freedom, Patricia hasn’ t just found healing for herself; she’ s guiding others to the same peace. She’ s discipling several young women and leading a small group in her neighborhood, multiplying the healing she received.
