One of the greatest sources of new missionaries to OMS ’ Europe / Middle East region has been OMS ’ Embark mid-term mission opportunity . Among these is Emily Pumphrey , whose internship in Hungary ignited her passion for long-term missions . Emily is currently in the application process to return as a long-term missionary to Hungary .

Siba Béavogui , age 20 , spent six years under the devil ’ s influence . He lived an immobilized life on a stretcher because of his condition . At the beginning of this year , Siba ’ s mother , who follows Christ , invited OMS Village Church Planting pastor Jérémie Djidonou to pray for the deliverance of her son . Jérémie prayed for Siba , and by God ’ s grace , God healed him . Today , Siba is a believer in Christ , was baptized , serves in ministry , and works as a mason . Thanks to this miracle , a new prayer cell has begun in the Béavogui home .

The OMS Italy team praises God for the recent baptism of a new member of their house church , a refugee from Ghana . A time of worship and fun on the beach followed the baptism . Join us in praying that more refugees will come to Christ in Sicily .
