Yes, that could be a reality. After their recent win, an ecstatic SRK
tweeted, “Yay Red Steel win…be strong my boys. I want to come and
watch the finals”. The finals will be held at the Oval Park on Sunday. To
this Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar replied saying, “Book your
ticket. We’d love to welcome you again to #Trinidad and Tobago. Win
@RedSteelFC#PrimeFan”. Khan then tweeted back saying, “@PMKamla
thank you so much. Will try my best…it’s been such a long time. Still
remember the happy few days with fondness”. Now if that doesn’t give
you an inkling of what to expect at the finals, what will?
We hope SRK makes it to the finals to cheer for his team. And for that to
happen, T&T Red Steel has to qualify for the finals. Is that too much to ask?
Revealed: Why Jacqueline
Fernandez chose a de-glam
role in Brothers!
She will be seen playing a
supportive wife to a physics
teacher turned wrestler, David
Fernandes (Akshay Kumar), as
they battle against testing times
to save their child who is suffering
from a terminal disease
These days Bollywood actresses are taking
risks and experimenting with their looks
and characters as well. They are not just
the leading ladies in the film, but also the
leading characters in the film. However,
Jacqueline Fernandez has chosen to do
something different this time around.
The Sri Lankan beauty will be seen in a
very different, de-glam but strong role in
Brothers and the role is unlike any other
characters she has played till now. She will
be seen playing the role of Akshay Kumar’s
wife, as they both endure through testing
times.
But in an era of glamorous roles, why
did Jacqueline take up such a de-glam
role? She reveals, “When Karan (Johar)
approached me for ‘Brothers’, I was
immediately convinced. Jenny’s character
is inspiring and while she is very simple
and shy, she also knows how to deal with
the testing situations bravely. It was a role
I had never done before, but I believed
in Karan (Malhotra) and he, in turn, kept
pushing me to do better. Akshay was also
very supportive. ”
This is quite intriguing and we are now
even more excited to see her role in the
film, aren’t you excited?
