Celebrating Quiche Lorraine and Herbs!

This month, celebrate Quiche Lorraine and Herbs!

Quiche is one of those dishes that has great versatility: you can serve as the entree for breakfast, lunch, or dinner; you can eat it hot or cold; and, because the only constant is the egg and milk mix, you can add other fillings based on what you like and what you have on hand so it never gets boring and it's great for cleaning out the fridge.

In 1991, the International Herb Association established National Herb Week to be celebrated every year during the week prior to Mother's Day. Every year since 1995, the International Herb Association has chosen an Herb of the Yearâ„¢. This year's selection is Artemisia.

We've provided links to recipes, ingredients and to help you celebrate Quiche and Herbs!

Bon apetit!
