1. Hold toga longways so the short end extends towards the ground (see first step of Classic Knot-a-Toga)

2. Put the sheet behind your back so that you hold one end in your right hand and one end in your left with the middle crossing your shoulder blades (see second step of Side Knot Toga)

3. Confirm that both sides are of equal length

4. Bring the top corners together and pull the right corner to the left and left corner to the right

5. Rotate the corners clockwise so the right corner comes back to the right and then again to the left with the left going to the left and then again to the right.

Optional: spin both ends so they appear more formal

6. Take the section on the right side (originally the left corner) around the right side of your neck and the section on the left side (originally the right corner) around the left

7. Tie together behind your head

8. Put on belt to hold sheet in place
