Why do you want to do this project?
Whilst in a mixer at national convention during which participants were discussing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the JCL, I learned about a few of the JCL’s darker elements. Periods of time, events, movements, and symbolism throughout its history are less than ideal. They left members of the JCL excluded and hurt.
The main purpose of this publication will be to educate JCLers on the harmful historical practices of the JCL.

This special edition will hopefully be released in the spring of 2022! keep a lookout moving forward for more information on “The History of OJCL.”
