Equipment: Cameras
The most important piece of equipment a historian needs is a camera! There are
many options for a camera, and both below work really well for state historians.
DSLR
DSLR cameras are a more expensive
option, but produce very high-quality
photos and provide more independence
in shooting.
Point & Shoot
Point & Shoot cameras are less
expensive, quite simple to use, and
produce good quality photos. I used to
have a Point & Shoot, and I loved how
easy it was to figure out!
