Week 10: Prenatal Doctor Appointments
These doctor visits are prenatal appointments and may occur once a month til your baby's birth, Daddy. Try to be at some or most if you can not make them all. Be actively involved not scrolling thru Insta Gram. Ask those important questions. How cool is it to hear your baby's heart beat for the very first time?!
Week 11: Cleaning House
Daddy, if you haven't started why not NOW. Mommy is gonna need you to help out around the house a lot more than you normally do. Cook, vacuum, tidy up or organize, run errands, and do the laundry. Be careful of the cleaning products you use. They can be harmful to the baby and make mommy sick. Daddy, everything you're doing right now will help mommy get the much needed rest her body craves.
Week 12: Making Love While Pregnant
We talked about this in our 3rd issue in the Try-Mess-Ters column. Be sure to check that out, Daddy. We're over the hump now though. Morning sickness or nausea should have subsided by now and mommy as well as you should be in the mood. Rrrrrrr. However, focus on quantity not quality, Daddy. Be more intimate with your partner. It goes a long way with setting the mood.
Week 13: Ways to Be Involved
Daddy get your head in the game! Are you feeling left out? Its not intentional on mommy's part. She's over the moon excited and eager to share all of her pregnancy milestones with other family members and best gal pals. Bring up your thoughts and feelings about the new baby or any interests you have in the birth or what you're looking forward to. Express yourself, Daddy.
Well that's all for this leg of the journey, Daddy. I do hope you're super stoked about continuing to partner with OH BABY V|R in allowing us to prepare you for what you should expect while mommy-to-be is expecting.
