Their accredited altitude trainers can tailor specific classes and packages for your individual injury rehabilitation and recovery. Senior’s Fitness Altitude training enables those with mobilty issues to get a cardiovascular workout, and enjoy the physiological benefits of altitude, with less mechanical load or effort. We provide special classes and packages for senior citizens that combines low impact exercise with altitude conditions for maximum benefits. As little as two sessions per week (Ponsot et al. (2006) and Dufour et al. (2006)) have
