facility can be used like a normal gym so
you can train when and as often as you
like, either by yourself, with a personal
trainer, or as part of a group training
session.

three times as many calories
burned, due to continued post-
workout burn.

workout and enjoy the physiological

load or effort. Their accredited altitude
trainers can tailor specific classes and
packages for your individual injury

6. Senior’s Fitness
