I have two cats. One is grey and shorthaired named Tobi Jo and the other is a longhaired Mancoon named Tavius Boy
Was teaching your first choice as a job/career?
Yes! I knew when I was in high school after I had an amazing English teacher that I too wanted to be a teacher and work with young people.
What was one of the best moments when teaching?
When the students at my previous school told me I was a book Gangsta! I love reading so much and really see the learning value in it and for them to say that was a huge validation.

Funniest moments?
Those would have to be watching students. Sometimes when you catch them doing things they shouldn't be doing and they feel like they were really inconspicuous (eating in class, playing with their cellphones etc) it can be a shared laugh.
