In the USA
A
nyone who invests in property needs to
know what is happening in the USA. It
is where the trouble started and it won’t
necessarily be where it ends, but it is certainly having
a major impact on the global property market, let
alone the opportunity it presents.
Scott Picken, IPS (International Property Solutions)

travelled to USA five times in the last 12 months,
investigating 14 different markets and investing
millions of dollars. Scott says, “The one thing you

and leading international property expert) and a
plethora of property people, lawyers, accountants,
etc. Personally I always find I learn most from the
‘taxi drivers’ about what is happening in any city. At
the end of the day we always invest with a cynical
approach, trying to punch holes in arguments,
