Berry Street (NSW): Hi there,
Would like to compliment a
member of the team in your
North Sydney office. David,
I think his name is, was very
helpful and polite and went the
extra service by carrying a very
heavy printer to my car about
150 metres away yesterday.
He didn’t need to do that, he
could have let me struggle with
it but he went the extra step
and helped me out. We need
more people like David in the
world. I hope my thanks
will be passed on to David.

Bayswater (Vic): Dear
Officeworks Manager, I just
wanted to write this note to
you about your store in the
Victorian suburb of Bayswater. I
am a deaf man and as a result
often find it hard to navigate
through face-to-face retail
situations. I don’t usually write
reviews but the service I have
received from the Bayswater
team has been extraordinary.
Every team member in the
store was happy and it created
a wonderful atmosphere. Siena
(I think that was her name)
was fantastic. She was kind,
patient and went above and
beyond to assist me despite
my communication difficulties.
What a wonderful team
member at a wonderful store.

Hoxton Park (NSW): Dear Sir/
Madam I would like to give
acknowledgment to one
of your staff, Sabrina for her
excellent customer service.
During my visit to the store,
I was attempting to print a
selection of photos from my
mobile. After trying alternative
methods, Sabrina suggested a
successful solution to the issue,
and my photos were printed
with ease. I congratulated
her upon her efforts and
gave sincere gratitude to her
outstanding service, as too
often you don’t usually receive
in the retail world. I feel she
adds extraordinary value to
your store, and you should
be extremely proud to have
someone like Sabrina as an
employee. May I suggest you
reward her with an increase
or promotion of some sort, as
her performance can not be

Mildura (Vic): I stopped coming
to Officeworks 3 years ago
as the team and shop were
not good. I had to come
in today as I needed some
printing done urgently, and I
had no choice but to come
into the store as it opens at
7am. Mandy and Matt were
amazing, I don’t remember
them from my previous visits.
Whatever you have done in
the past 3 years, keep it up.
The store and team are a
complete contrast to the
last. A truly wonderful and
happy experience. The
manager should be proud.

Dubbo (NSW): Last Wednesday,
15 August 2018, I purchased
several items at your Dubbo
store. Having a bad day,
(limited mobility!) I was
delighted to be assisted by
your staff member, Rodney. He
provided me with a chair while
I selected a laptop and moved
the chair to each aisle to view
other items. Where I knew just
what I wanted, he would fetch
it for me. He had excellent
product knowledge (laptops,
software, security etc) but was
friendly and with a sense of
humour. He is an asset to your
business! Thank you for a very

Marion (SA): I was in your store
today and I saw something
that made me have faith in
customer service and human
interaction. I saw one of your
team members signing to a
customer and a little girl. I
moved closer and heard the
girl interpreting for the man, but
I noticed that your employee
was signing whenever he
could. It was wonderful to
see that and if it made me
feel good, I can only assume
it made their day knowing
that buying something was
made that little easier. I didn’t
get his name but if you know
who I am referring to please
congratulate him.
