In this edition of Pinpoint we showcase inspiring examples
of leadership and Our Purpose from across all areas of the
business – from the furniture Team Member who achieved her
100th blood donation, to the coordinator who leads the way on
sustainability with her cloth nappy business.
Our Purpose is important to all of us because the more we
understand that we are not just selling a product, we are
actually delivering solutions to all our stakeholders. We are
helping them achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations that
help make bigger things happen in their lives.

were recognised, particularly our National Store of the Year
Marion (SA).
Since the last edition of Pinpoint, we rolled out our new
community involvement initiative, Round Up to Make a
Difference (RUTMAD) with roaring success. We also completed
