The team also had the third highest Round Up to Make a Difference result, which shows a genuine commitment to helping make bigger things happen. NSW 2 Area & State Store of the Year – Officeworks Bondi Junction (NSW) The team at Officeworks Bondi Junction (NSW) have had a sensational result this year with incredible improvements across all areas including a 26% increase YOY for mystery shop results, a GSS of 8.25% and gOlearn completion rates at 95% across the team. These results have been driven by significant teamwork, passion and drive, including coaching the entire team into a high-performance culture. The store has also delivered three new coordinators into the business this year who will continue to help make bigger things happen for our key stakeholders. NSW 3 Area Store of the Year – Officeworks Tamworth (NSW) Trudy and the team at Officeworks Tamworth (NSW) have had another standout year. Off the back of Store of the Year 2017, the team have raised the bar again. With a positive and proactive safety culture, reflected in their continued green/ green audit results, they remain on 0 AIFR with no injuries since the store opened in December 2015. Their commitment to Great Service is 12 uncompromising, with a YTD mystery shop result of 95.5% and a GSS of 9.40, both scores exceeding last year’s strong results. They continue to be loved by their community, which is evident in the weekly customer feedback in GSS reporting. NSW 4 Area Store of the Year – Officeworks Mittagong (NSW) Judy and the team at Officeworks Mittagong (NSW) have had a fantastic year. Despite having two Store Business Managers leave during the year Judy (acting as SBM) and the remaining Store Leadership team galvanised the team to deliver some outstanding results. With a full year mystery shop result of 89.1% (up 8% on the previous year) and a GSS score of 8.87, the team have focussed relentlessly on delivering great customer experiences. This has been delivered by ensuring the Team are set up for success with 100% completion for their OLPs and PLPs as well as 100% completion of Safety FIRST training. Qld 1 Area Store of the Year – Officeworks Adelaide Street (Qld) The Officeworks Adelaide Street (Qld) team have achieved impressive results and are passionate about delivering inspiring ideas and solutions – they want to make a difference. The ambience in the store is high energy with team members enthusiastic about connecting with customers and making these moments matter. This is a mature store that is getting solid sales growth by delivering great service. The store standards are consistently impeccable which enables the team to concentrate on the customer and help them make bigger things happen. This is a passionate team who not only work in one of Queensland’s busiest stores, they also actively support other stores. Many of the team use their experience and talents working in all Qld 1’s MEP4 conversions. Qld 2 Area & State Store of the Year – Officeworks Rockhampton (Qld) Shaun Coles and the team at Officeworks Rockhampton (Qld) have had some great and consistent results over the past 12 months. They have delivered fantastic sales results, which is due to the store’s consistent and exceptional store operation. Not just in their city, but constantly driving performance across the area. Shaun also has done a great job in starting many positive ways to generate ‘helping make bigger things happen’ – even starting the Yammer group on this topic. The team also started a Qld 2 group on Yammer for all stores in the area to constantly challenge each other on results and opportunities.
