My favourite Officeworks product is: Depending on what project I am working on at the time but basically anything to do with technology. What advice would you give other stores? Empower your team, encourage their personal growth. Each Team Member is different - take an individual interest, find what makes them who they are and help them achieve their best. Be a part of their journey and the results will follow. What do you like to do in your spare time? Mostly family time with my wife Tash and two boys, Theo and Lincoln. At which store would you like to max-out your credit card? Bunnings. My favourite Officeworks product is: Bathurst Racing chair (red of course). My favourite part of my job is: Learning with and leading our fantastic team. What does a typical day look like in your role? Customer service, customer service and customer service. What’s been a stand-out project, process or change that you’re proud to have been part of? The opening of both the Port Macquarie and Taree stores. What advice would you give other stores? Know your team, and your customers, and never promise more than you or your team can provide. If you could be any animal, which would you be? A giraffe. I’ve always wanted to be tall.
