so happy to see her because
she never makes me feel stupid
when I ask questions. I learn
so much and I feel like I walk
away with the best option. She
is very good at her job.
Virginia (Qld): I was blown
away with the customer service
I received. Every Team Member
I encountered was friendly
and genuine, and I could tell
that they cared that I was in
their store. The team at Virginia
need to be congratulated and
praised for the culture they
create in their store. Things like
a friendly welcome, a smile
and offers of assistance seem
like such small, insignificant
things, but they make the
world of difference and they
made a significant difference
to my day.

like to bring to your attention
the excellent service and
assistance that I received
from Chris Wilson. I spoke
to him about a problem that
my brother was having in
his business regarding the
purchase of some laser printers
which have the now outdated
parallel printer interface
built into them. Even though
Officeworks could not supply
such a product anymore, Chris
went out of his way to try to find
a solution.
