CSC : I spoke to Wendy in your call centre and she was an absolute star . Wendy handled everything so well and was so fast and efficient . She went above and beyond to process my request straight away .
CSC : I wanted to let you know what is possibly the most customer-centred , helpful service I ’ ve received in memory , and it came from Hilda Batanovic . I placed an order for printing and design just over a week ago and was fortunate that Hilda was assigned to the case . She went above and beyond in making sure that my order was done by the pressing deadline , and kept in contact . I don ’ t think I ’ ve experienced someone who was that proactive and driven to ensure that my customer experience was outstanding .
Supply Chain : Your Toll delivery driver , Raaj provides exceptional service . Always very professional and polite .
Bayswater ( Vic ): I was assisted by Maddy who was extremely helpful with the unlocked mobile phone information I was seeking . Another gentleman also assisted me with a external storage device for my PC and was very professional and helpful even though I could clearly see he was busy . I wanted to thank them both for making my shopping trip very easy and enjoyable .
Coburg ( Vic ): Dee ’ s customer service was outstanding . She is fantastic with customers and really goes above and beyond to help them out . It ’ s nice to see people like her actually exist and care about their jobs , I was there the other day and her help was amazing to me .

He patiently listened to my non technical questions , appeared interested in what I was saying , answered with information that I understood , was respectful to other Team Members he was speaking with . After the sale was completed he continued to answer my questions . I sincerely appreciated the attention and attitude .
