Credit Recovery Portfolio Credit recovery & credit earning systems Supported the dissemination of information by SFCSD and HS LEADS operations by development and implementation of credit recovery portfolio: • Based on development of RTI model, developed systems of recovery/credit earning systems • Developed Theory of Action • Developed Logic Model • Meeting with EXCEL/School, Family, Community Support Division to communicate system services and align delivery options (bring into line funding sources and replications of services) • Meeting with Post Secondary Success about next steps for identified students • Collected and analyzed programmatic data ie: off-track, enrollment, D/F list to design course offerings • Communicated to Post Secondary Success about findings which was shared with SFUSD and greater community on systems of delivery of credit recovery/earning options • Development and implementation of EXLS website, logo and SharePoint Theory of Action: If we adopt a uniform, equitable and transparent approach to provide all students with a portfolio of credit-earning options which aligns with A-G course requirements for all SFUSD secondary students, then all students are more likely to graduate high school on time. 5
