2.3 Comparision: Teachers' Professional qualifications at all Levels
Seventy - five percent (75%) of primary school teachers and fifty-six percent (56%) of secondary school teachers across the OECS are reported as being trained. There is wide variation among countries but in all cases the proportion of trained teachers is larger at primary schools.
2.4: Age : Principals, Deputy Principals and Teachers
This section provides data on the the ages of teachers for the reporting period 2013/14. Thus far not all countries have been collecting this data. This data can assist in observing emerging trends the teaching labour force . Of the reporting countries reporting thus far, a significant proportion of the teaching staff appears to be in the 30-40 age cohort.

2.6 Leaders and Teachers Engaged in Continuious Professional Development (CPD)
This section presents data on the number of teachers participating in at least twenty-four hours (24) /eight (8) hours per term of Professional development activities during the academic year. Continuous Professional Development refers to activities which are specifically targeted at individuals to improve their technical or professional qualifications, further develop their abilities, or to acquire, refresh or update their knowledge, skills and competencies in a particular field.
