Since making his feature film
debut with the brilliant Dawn

guy. He directed 2009’s

4. the big bad is Steppenwolf
This fearsome supervillain first
appeared in the DC Comics
publication New Gods #7 (from
February 1972). He’s a military
general from Apokolips – a fireball
of a planet that you really
wouldn’t want to visit!
