bad in the upcoming Avengers:

film directly leads.) To put it
simply, she’s very bad news!
Okay, one final fact for
you now. Thor: Ragnarok is
directed by Taika Waititi, the
New Zealand filmmaker behind
the brilliant What We Do in the
Shadows (2014). His presence
goes a long way to explaining
the “out there” tone of the trailer.
Indeed, Waititi has admitted
that he’s going for a Big Trouble
in Little China vibe with the
film. This 1980s, Kurt Russell-
starring classic is not only action
packed, it’s very, very funny – an
element Waititi was determined
to bring to Thor: Ragnarok.
“I was like you gotta exploit
Chris’ comic abilities,” he
revealed to ew.com. “He’s so
good in that department.
He’s legitimately one of the
funniest things in this film.”
