Welcome friends old and new . For those of you unfamiliar with what makes our “ WIP ” section a special place to those of the bench and bar , I would love to share with you what makes it a unique affiliation where our members find comradery and connection . WIP ’ s mission of furthering the practice and perception of law with a focus on issues unique to women in the practice holds a timely place in our membership ’ s mindset . This year , WIP is proud to focus on “ supporting the holistic lawyer ” through a diversified schedule of events promoting wellness in our professional and personal lives . WIP draws from a wide range of ages and stages in our legal careers across many different practice areas which makes it such an uplifting and advantageous network .
