ABA Litigation Section Fall Social
In October , the Litigation Section and Atlanta Council of Younger Lawyers Section co-hosted an engaging breakfast panel who presented on “ Business Development for Litigators ,” with emphasis on specific tips and techniques for young litigators . The program featured Bob Alpert ( Morris Manning & Martin ), Bryan Baer ( The Baer Law Firm ), Steve LaBriola ( Fellows LaBriola ), Geoff Frost ( Justified Client Development ), and Adwoa Ghartey-Tagoe Seymour ( Albertsons Companies ) and was moderated by Christian Bromley ( Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner ) and Ethan Knott ( Fellows LaBriola ).
The Litigation Section also routinely hosts other events , such as community-service programs , happy hours , CLEs , and its annual Bench & Bar Reception in the spring . Our first social event of the Bar year was jointly hosted with the Sole Practitioner / Small Firm Section and Workers ’ Compensation Section at Monday Night Brewing West Midtown on October 19 .
We have excellent speakers lined up for the remainder of the year , including our panel on “ Legal Ethics and Artificial Intelligence ” on November 10 , as well as our program focusing on securities litigation on December 1 .
