Developed by Legacy Partners, Legacy Metro 525 began leasing at the end of 2025 and completed construction in May 2026. Located adjacent to the Aurora Metro Center RTD Station, the community consists of a single building with four- and five-story sections. At more than 700 feet long, the building’s scale is softened through a mix of exterior materials and colors that create visual variety along the facade.
The design continues indoors, where architect KTGY describes the interiors as industrial and semi-exposed. Local artwork is displayed throughout the community, adding color and personality to the spaces. Residents can take advantage of a variety of spaces designed for work, recreation, and gathering. A sky lounge and deck offer expansive views of the Front Range, while two courtyards provide outdoor spaces with poolside seating, grilling areas, fire pits, and a community garden.
Café 525 serves as a coworking and gathering space with a self-serve mini market offering a selection of food, drinks, household essentials, and toiletries. Two coolers provide grab-and-go options, including cold beverages as well as ice cream and frozen meals. Other community amenities include a clubroom with a catering kitchen, coworking space with conference rooms and work pods, a fitness center, bike and resident storage, a dog park and wash, electric vehicle charging stations, and property-wide Wi-Fi.
Apartment interiors combine contemporary finishes with smart-home features. Each residence includes a washer and dryer, smart thermostat, keyless entry, hardwood-style plank flooring, Samsung stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, designer lighting, and modern hardware. Select apartments also feature kitchen islands, walk-in closets, private patios or balconies, and dual vanities.
