New Business : Nominations for Board of Directors will be accepted from the floor . There are 3 open positions . See September / October Spotlight for current 6 applicants . Elections for the President and Vice President will also be held . Delegates in attendance will also be voting on 7 rule petitions for the next reprinting of the rulebook . Petitions are posted in September Spotlight .
