Motion made by Keith Sather , seconded by Ann Goebel to approve the July 10th , 2024 , Board Meeting Minutes . Motion carried unanimously .
Treasurer ’ s Report : Read by Liz Bauer ( Arlene absent )

Motion made by Julie Gintner , seconded by Amber Duncanson , to accept the Treasurer ’ s Report subject to audit from 08 / 14 // 2024 . Motion carried unanimously .
