BATTLE OF DESSERTS 2019
Hott 93 hosted their annual Battle of
Desserts promotion which once more saw
moms competing for the grand prize and
bragging rights of being the mom with the
sweetest dessert!
This year saw a twist being introduced where the moms roped in
their kids to assist with the preparation and presentation of the final
dessert.
Guest judges included Former Miss World, Mrs. Giselle Laronde-
West, our very own ray of sunshine, Ms. Seigonie Mohammed, Senior
Multimedia Journalist and Presenter from our sister station CCN TV6,
and Mr. Fernan de Gannes – Agency Representative for the marquee
sponsor Dairy Dairy.
Mrs. Amelia Maharaj, supported by her daughters, copped the title
for most decadent dessert, with her presentation of ‘Cocoa in the
Sun’, served in molded and painted chocolate, fashioned to resemble
actual cocoa shells.
