This is a rare and exciting opportunity to make a significant
contribution to the new West Wales Dementia Wellbeing
Pathway,delivering wrap-around support for people living
with dementia and their carers.
You will work within a dedicated multi-disciplinary service
innovating and setting best practice dementia care and standards
across health and social care pathways as a team and
within your professional group.
Occupational Therapists have what it takes!
Do you…
• Work in a Community, Social Service or Independent setting or as a Case Manager?
• Recommend or review care packages?
• Have 6 or more years postgraduate experience?
If you are passionate about promoting the rights, dignity and
autonomy of people living with dementia and feel you
have the credibility to influence practice change,
then this is an opportunity for you.

What does a Jacqueline Webb Care Expert do?
A Care Expert completes a functional assessment following a clinical negligence or
personal injury claim and then produces a cost report covering the lifelong needs of
a claimant. This report includes care, equipment and housing and will help the court
decide on the amount of compensation to be paid to the claimant.
