The opportunities include working within Cornwall Home Solutions, an in-house Home Improvement Agency, supporting disabled people to adapt their homes or helping them to relocate to more appropriate housing. The role will also be involved with helping to develop a new discharge pathway and providing professional advice and expertise to our housing development and delivery team to help deliver additional accessible and wheelchair accessible homes on new developments. Supervision, and learning and development are given high priority and we operate flexible and mobile working. A relocation package may be available and would be agreed at the point of offer.
