NEWS Advancing Healthcare Awards now open for nominations NEWS IN BRIEF ENGLAND NHS STAFF FEEDBACK PLATFORM LAUNCHED Matt Hancock, the health secretary, has launched a new platform for staff feedback on issues including workplace issues, safety and training. The results from Talk Health and Care will be fed into the long-term plan for the NHS and the social care green paper. HIGHER STARTING PAY IN NEW WALES PAY DEAL A new pay deal in Wales will see pay bands restructured to include higher starting pay, the removal of overlapping pay points and shorter pay scales. The three-year deal will result in pay parity with staff in England and was accepted by 92 per cent of UNISON Cymru Wales members.
