members of the Jewish Community experiencing mental health
issues in collaboration with their families, carers, teachers or
employers as appropriate, creating links with primary care and
voluntary sector organisations.

transforming our Adult Social Care Services – Occupational
Therapy Service with new approaches and multi-disciplinary
team working. Our existing team is looking for additional
outstanding candidates with the drive and determination
to make this transformation a reality.
If you’re an Occupational Therapist with at least 1-year post
qualification experience, we’d be really interested in hearing
from you for the OT posts.
You will be working as part of a community team or our North
East team. You will carry out initial assessments and interventions
enabling people to identify their needs and goals.

support the development and delivery of holistic support for young
