You will work directly with other Social Care colleagues and professionals from other partner agencies such as Health and Housing. With a degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy, state registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), post qualification experience in a clinical setting and preferably some experience in Social or Community Care, you will carry an active caseload of service users with eligible needs. Professional support, advice and supervision will be readily available and you will contribute to promoting the Occupational Therapy service. A Business Mileage allowance is allocated to this post.
