Coach: I felt the Cardinals were a team that has a bad stigma, however this team has a Super Bowl roster. Fantastic WR’s in Fitzgerald, Floyd, Roberts, Doucet and Waston, a pressure imposing defensive line with Calais Campbell and Darnell Dockett and a retooled secondary with Patrick Peterson, Kyle Arrington, William Gay, Will Hill and Aqib Talib. Great players all around. One thing about the Arizona Cardinals in this league not a lot of people notice is how good my offense line has been. Everyone now and then the line breaks down and people cause issues, but since Kevin Kolb stepped in, they have done a fantastic job of keeping his jersey clean. Coming into this season, I decided that it would be in my best interest to draft a strong armed rookie QB in Kody Grosso and have a competition. Grosso played well to begin with, but after struggling mightily against Philly I knew that it was time to give Kolb his shot with the new coaching staff. Since being inserted into the lineup Kolb has thrown 6 TD’s and 0 INT’s and has since involved other wide receivers who had previously been held in check, like former 1st round pick Michael Floyd (1 recption & 0 TD’s w/ Grosso in 3 games, 6 catches & 2 TD’s w/ Kolb in 2 games). I tell you, Kolb is playing on fire and very well could earn himself a new long term contract. Anyone interested in Krosso feel free to contact me, because it looks like Kolb is the future in Arizona.
