DAY 13 • Gibraltar Enjoy a walking tour of the British territory of Gibraltar, beginning with a stop at Europa Point, the southernmost part of the city. From here, continue on to discover a network of underground military tunnels dating back to World War II. DAY 16 • Valencia • Paella demonstration We’ ll continue exploring Valencia today with a panoramic tour, including a visit to the city’ s
historic old town. Later, we’ ll learn the secret of making traditional paella during a cooking demonstration. Originating from Valencia, paella consists of rice, saffron, vegetables, chicken, and seafood cooked and served in one pan. This evening, sail to Barcelona. DAY 17 • Barcelona Today we’ ll discover the cosmopolitan capital of Barcelona during a panoramic tour, which includes a walk through Gothic square, a chance to try traditional delicacies, and a visit to La Pedrera, Antoni Gaudí’ s most iconic work of civic architecture.
