Years 1 & 2
This trip enriched our knowledge of Science in particular within our current topic 'Animals including Humans'. We took part in a workshop at Whipsnade all about Habitats. This was very informative. We learnt about different types of habitats including Tandra, Savanna, Forest and Desert. We really enjoyed this trip and we learned a lot Alhamdulillah!
Whipsnade Zoo
Years 1 & 2 went to Whipsnade Zoo. They had a fantastic time and saw lots of animals, from African Elephants to Asian Tigers. We roamed around the Zoo with much fascination and interest. Year 1 were very brave and touched a snake. The children also recited Quran to the zebra. In the end, the children had an opportunity to play in the outdoor playground.
