process for employees to apply that knowledge to their field of teaching or service.

Exploring the ideas of equality vs. equity, power, privilege, bias, and other things that occur in the
classroom or on campus
Building a learning organization with online resources for information on diverse populations and
diversity initiatives around the college
Community speakers and NWTC minority staff panels
Two facilitators from existing NWTC faculty and staff that co-facilitate and group manage the in
person sessions
Collaborative curriculum review by Facilitator Team
All courses are 20 hours: 16 hours in person & 4 hours on-line
