Diversity Education This subcommittee will develop, guide and communicate internal and external educational opportunities for students and employees to gain the awareness, knowledge, skills and commitment to be good citizens in a diverse world, create an active appreciation and understanding of equity, and develop a recognition that we are all responsible for creating an atmosphere of inclusion. Student Success This subcommittee will review data associated with persistence, enrollment, course success/completion and engagement to identify gaps and encourage the enhancement of services and programs supporting the experiences of our diverse students. Workforce Diversity This subcommittee will review data related to employee experiences to foster and encourage an environment where underrepresented employees are included within the College community and support recruitment and retention strategies. 24
