Concerns We will always strive to do the very best for the children in our Nursery, and will endeavour to keep you alerted to any concerns that we may have. We’d like you to do the same. If there is something that concerns you, however small it may seem, please talk to us about it. Nothing is too much trouble, as we want all our children and parents to feel relaxed and comfortable with the way in which we operate. Speak to your Keyworker in the first instance. You can also discuss issues with Mrs Ferguson, who will refer to the DHT if it is appropriate to do so. Care Inspectorate The nursery had the Care Inspectorate in November 2016. A full copy of the report is available in school or on the Care Inspectorate website at www.careinspectorate.com Concerns/Complaints Procedure If you have concerns or complaints regarding the service you are receiving, these can be addressed by contacting a member of staff in the first instance or the DHT.
