Liability Waiver

We highly recommend having any client receiving a box or food to sign a liability waiver releasing you and any partners or suppliers of food from liability in the event that they become sick or have an allergic reaction after consuming the food items.

Program Model

Determine the method, days, timeline, and staff that will assist in distributing boxes and screening clients for food insecurity.

Are you going to distribute boxes daily throughout the day or on specific

days between certain windows of time?

Which staff member(s) will be responsible for ensuring that boxes are distributed?

How often will you let clients receive a box within the same week or month?

Who will be responsible for keeping up with inventory?

Who will be responsible for notifying the necessary people when the box supply gets low?

Who will be responsible for numbering or labeling food to ensure that foods are going out via FIFO or are not expired?
