Join your friends for a morning of fitness , meal planning , and self-care practices that you can add to your routines at home . Participants will prepare nutritious snacks throughout the season , get moving with fitness activities , and enjoy learning about healthy lifestyles .
ɢ This program may include group cooking instruction . Therefore , NSSRA cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions . We will make a light snack only during various program weeks , so please plan accordingly .
δ Please wear gym shoes and bring a water bottle .
ӹ NSSRA has a high demand for Saturday programming . Depending on the lottery outcome , NSSRA would provide lunch supervision from 12:30 - 1:00 pm for participants enrolled in Healthy Living and Weekenders .
Goals :

Get a jump start and join your friends for the best kind of Saturday afternoon , including themed games , activities , and socialization ! This group loves good ole fashion fun , from bingo to karaoke and game day to festive treats . Participants will enjoy an afternoon full of socializing and activities !
