Saturday Socializers*
Let's start the afternoon off right! We will have lunch with our friends, discuss current events and listen to some great music. Each week, we will head to
the grocery store as a group to find a new dessert or appetizer to make. Once we return from the grocery store, we will put our kitchen skills to the test! At
the end of the season, we will compile a recipe book of all the different foods we made throughout the season. The last part of the afternoon together will
be spent hanging out and engaging in different leisure activities. Activities may include sports, board games or making a craft. Depending on the weather,
we may go outside. Please dress for the weather each week. For those enrolled in NSSRA Bowling, transportation will be provided to Saturday
Socializers. Participants must bring their own lunch to program. No program January 26.
Goals: Explore different avenues of recreation interest. Create social networking opportunities among peers. Increase safety while working in a kitchen.

Saturday Night Hot Spots
Enjoy Saturday nights in Chicagoland! Sign up for all, or choose only the ones that interest you. Each outing has a separate fee which covers admission cost
or meal, staff cost and transportation from designated pick up points. Event and transportation times will be mailed to you prior to the start of the
season. Please bring a state-issued ID each week and spending money for snacks, beverages and/or souvenirs.
Goals: Develop and maintain appropriate relationships. Increase awareness of community and leisure opportunities. Improve ability to engage and
participate in appropriate conversations.

It's movie night! We will visit the theater to watch one of the latest flicks. NSSRA will contact you with
movie options, location and transportation information prior to Saturday, January 12. NSSRA will
purchase tickets. Please bring money if you would like snacks.
You can't beat a thrilling winter hockey game! Waiting for us are action, excitement and hopefully a
Wolves win! Come help us cheer on our home team! Program fee includes admission and a food
voucher for a hot dog and soft drink. Please bring money if you would like snacks and/or
souvenirs.
Let's head on over to Main Event to enjoy a night of bowling and pizza! Socialize with your friends,
engage in some friendly competition and enjoy a delicious meal. Program fee includes dinner and
two hours of bowling.
We have no doubt you will enjoy this night out at one of Deerfield's newest hot spots! Warehouse Eatery
is passionate about creating fresh menu items from scratch and invites all sports enthusiasts to join them
in cheering on Chicago's teams! Sounds like this will be a dinner we'll be talking about for a long time!
