Traveling Tourists
Tour Chicagoland’s hot spots as you enjoy an afternoon of social interaction with your peers. You will visit new destinations each week and indulge in lunch
out on the town (Please bring $15 - $20 to cover the cost of lunch each week). Sign up for all outings or just the ones that interest you. Each outing
has a separate transportation and program fee. A valid state-issued I.D. verifying your age as 21 or older is required each week. If you register for
transportation, NSSRA will pick you up at home and drop you off after program.
Goals: Enhance socialization with peers. Increase awareness of community leisure skills. Improve money management skills.

Summer is finally here! Let's kick start the season by heading to the lake! We will spend Program Code/Fee:
the day on the lake taking a tour of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin! The tour cruises around for Transportation Code/Fee:
two hours and includes a delicious lunch! After the boat ride, we will walk the streets
and roam the shops of downtown Lake Geneva. Program fee includes boat ride and

Players, choose your ball color and club because we are going mini golfing! Whether
a pro or first-time mini golfer, you will enjoy this 18-hole course. To fuel up, we will
enjoy lunch at Panera Bread then head on over to Novelty Golf & Games! Program fee
includes mini golf. Please bring money for lunch.
Grab your hat and sunscreen, 'cause we are headed to Rosewood Beach for some much
needed beach therapy! First we'll have a bite to eat at the Backyard Grill, and then off
to the beach we go. Lay out on your towel or build a sand castle, just don't forget to put
on sunscreen! Program fee includes lunch. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, hat,
sunglasses and any other beach day essentials.

Hey all you Boomers fans, stand up and clap your hands! Get ready for an action-packed Program Code/Fee:
day with your best buds! Today we will cheer on our Schaumburg Boomers as they fight Transportation Code/Fee:
for a win against the River City Rascals. The game begins at 11:00 am. Program fee

It's time to stop and smell the roses because summer is here and the botanic gardens
are in full bloom! After walking around a bit, we'll grab lunch at the Garden Grille where Transportation Code/Fee:
everything is made fresh. With close to 400 acres to explore, we will join the Grand
Tram and take a narrated tour around the garden. Admission is free. Program fee
includes tram ride. Please bring money for lunch.
