Youth Programs Buddy Kickball Get ready to join the team as we head to the gym for a game of kickball! We will pair up with our buddies as we challenge our friends to an exciting game. Each week, we will warm up with our team, practice and play a game. Note: Buddy Kickball is not a competitive program. Participants should come dressed in athletic clothing and gym shoes. Buddies: We need you! We are looking for volunteers ages 10 - 17 ready to share in the fun and excitement that is Buddy Kickball. As a buddy, you will be paired with an athlete with special needs as he or she learns to play kickball. Help us create a program where everyone can have fun, and experience kickball in an exciting and successful atmosphere. While there is no fee for buddies, you must register to be a buddy. Goals: Improve understanding and basic skills of kickball. Increase social interaction. Improve teamwork. Buddies will meet Tuesday, September 11 for orientation.
