Fitness Funk Hour Enjoy an evening of exercise and dance fitness with your friends. This program will blend upbeat music with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total body workout. Participants will learn a variety of dance-based fitness combinations that will help improve strength and endurance, while increasing memory and sequencing. All abilities are welcome!
