Membership Survey 2019
Overall
NSRCC conducts its membership survey to ascertain members’ satisfaction towards the various facilities and services
of the Club. The survey also helps to gather feedback to determine the various areas which need improvement. For
2019, we are glad that our members are pleased with the quality and services that we have rendered for the past
year. We have maintained our overall satisfaction rates in a myriad of areas around the Clubhouse such as facilities
like golfing, recreational and customer services. The Club also saw a vast improvement in ratings for booking of golf
slots and value for money. This year also marked a monumental milestone for the club, as we garnered over 1,000
members who successfully participated in the survey.
Golfing
Our golfing facilities continue to be highly popular at both Clubhouses, with ratings for Changi rising a little higher
than 2018’s results. Kranji’s ratings remained consistent with the previous year. The ratings for the golf booking were
also significantly up, which can be attributed to an initiative in which the Club released a few committee and walk-in
slots back into the system.
Food & Beverage
The ratings for F&B facilities situated in NSRCC Changi were not at its highest, as the new business partner which
has been running the Chinese restaurant and golfers’ terrace since April 2019 is relatively new, and are in the midst
of tweaking its food and service standards to meet the expectations of our members. We seek your patience and
understanding, as Club Management will continue to work together with them on improving the overall standards
based on the feedback and suggestions from our members.
Bungalows
For our bungalows, the ratings for 2019 were pleasantly up in areas such as availability of units and the overall
experience. The refurbished units contributed to the rise in the ratings, as our members were able to experience and
utilise the slew of new offerings during their stay, making it a convenient for them and also providing a memorable
stay.
Once again, the Club would like to thank members for participating in our Membership Survey 2019. We will continue
in striving to serve you better by enhancing current facilities and develop new range of facilities in the next few years,
and look forward to serving you better!
