In & Around NSRCC

S
ince the beginning of April this year, NSRCC Changi opened its doors to brand new
dining concepts for our members’ enjoyment. Passion Cafe, which is a melting pot
of meals for golfers-on-the-go or for those who are in search for quick and satisfying
meals with families and friends, has recently re-created some of its popular dishes.
With an expansive view of the 18-hole golf course, Passion Cafe, which prides itself in serving
up local favourites, has noticed a trend since its opening that delicacies such as Laksa,
Chicken Curry, Hokkien Mee and Ngoh Hiang are amongst some of the most popular dishes
at the cafe.
Constructive feedback has been received over these months, and the management team
from Passion Cafe has used this opportunity to explore and refine the quality, aroma, flavour
and texture of these popular dishes. With the use of the finest and freshest homemade
ingredients and healthier cooking methods such as zero-use of MSG in their cooking, the
chefs behind the daily meal preparation at the cafe continue to ensure that all dishes are
freshly cooked upon ordering.
