I enjoy non-structured team-building activities . The ones that you do not realize that you are actually connecting on a professional and personal level until the moment has passed . These moments can be captured in picking up a colleague and or associate from the airport , brainstorming with your team in a team meeting in person , celebration lunches / events …
◆ YOUR IDEAL LONG WEEKEND ?
My ideal weekend is spending time with my family . This may include a crazy busy weekend watching my daughter perform at her competitive cheer competition , catching one of my son ’ s basketball games or just having a lazy weekend at the lake .
