2011 Leadership Symposium PDA will hold a leadership symposium , open to all component leadership , May 20-21 , 2011 , at the Holiday Inn East in Harrisburg . The symposium features sessions aimed at building your leadership skills , recruiting and retaining new members and motivating volunteers . Registration and hotel accommodations are complimentary for all attendees .
