OVER THE PAST YEAR , CITIZENS HAS COMMITTED $ 500 MILLION in incremental financing and capital for small businesses , housing and developments in predominantly minority communities . We also announced $ 10 million to address inequality in our communities and $ 50 million to fund community development financial institutions supporting Black-and Brown-owned businesses . Through our community initiatives , we partner with organizations that support low- and moderate-income individuals to provide the tools to compete for jobs in an evolving economy while also helping to set a foundation that helps build wealth .
